Refund Policy

If you would like to submit a request for a return, please email [email protected] with your name, email address, phone number, order number, and reason(s) for submitting your request with the subject line, "Return Request."

Return requests must be received within 30 days of shipment delivery date.

Peri Skin Care will provide a full refund (less original shipping costs). You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend that you ship your return with a carrier that provides tracking information. Peri Skin Care is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. Return packages must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving your return request.

Peri Skin Care does not offer exchanges at this time. If you have received the wrong item(s) by mistake, please email [email protected] with your name, email, address, phone number, order number, and a description and photo(s) of the wrong item(s) with the subject line, “Wrong Item(s)."

Any damages must be reported to the shipping carrier within 24 hours. Peri Skin Care is not responsible for goods and/or packages after delivery to the carrier. Orders can be insured upon customer's request.
